  • 2 × 30-minute follow-up sessions
  • A bespoke Health Optimisation Plan tailored to you
  • Handouts, recipes and practical guidance to support implementation
  • Supplement and testing recommendations where appropriate
  • Written summaries after each session
  • Email check-ins between sessions

The price is £695 and there's a payment plan available.

Ongoing 1:1 support to maintain progress, refine habits and stay consistent over time.

Continuity is designed for those who want support embedding changes into real life, adapting as things shift, and building habits that genuinely last.

Includes over 12 weeks
  • 60-minute initial consultation
  • 4 × 30-minute follow-up sessions
  • A bespoke Health Optimisation Plan, reviewed and refined over time
  • Handouts, recipes and practical guidance to support consistency
  • Supplement and testing recommendations where appropriate
  • Written session summaries
  • Planned check-ins between sessions to review progress and adjust direction

The price is £1250 and there's a payment plan available.

To keep support high-quality and sustainable, I work with a limited number of private clients at any one time.

This allows sessions to feel focused and supportive, without rushing or overload. If availability is full, you will be added to a waitlist.
