I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and a graduate from the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), where I studied a four year Diploma in Nutritional Therapy.
Before studying Nutrition (and alongside the first two years of study), I worked in sales in early-stage tech companies. Whilst great fun and incredible training, I felt drawn to the world of health and wellness.
In practice, I adhere to the principles of Functional Medicine, using an individualised, patient-centred, science-based approach that empowers patient and practitioner to work together to address underlying causes of disease and promote optimal wellness. With functional medicine, we focus on identifying and addressing the root cause of a condition.
I see clients on a 1:1 basis, helping them with a variety of concerns such as low energy, weight management, gut health issues, anxiety, poor sleep and skin conditions.
I also do nutrition talks and 1:1 consultations for businesses and I write for multiple publications including Sheerluxe.
A busy sales job and an active London social life left me feeling low-energy. I desperately wanted information on how to optimise my health, but was left confused reading conflicting online articles and taking advice off Instagram!
I decided to study at the prestigious and world-renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. I completed a one year Science Access Course and a three-year Nutritional Therapy Diploma studying the latest evidence-based research from pioneering experts and partaking in clinical practice
