What makes your corporate nutrition talks different from others?

Do you offer virtual nutrition workshops for global and remote teams?

Yes — 95% of my sessions are delivered virtually and are optimised for hybrid and global teams. I’ve delivered talks across multiple time zones for companies based in the US, UK, EU, APAC and beyond.

How long is each session, and what does it include?

The talks are1 hour long and include 15 minutes of interactive Q&A time. Every session is designed with flexibility in mind to work around internal schedules, time zones, and employee preferences.
